Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a PSA Engineer specializing in Network Transmission. This role involves working with Electric Utilities, ISOs, and TSOs to deliver advanced Power Systems Applications for Transmission. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, system integration, and application tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in customizing and delivering Energy Management Systems, preferably e-terrra AEMS - Reliance
• Experience with Power Systems applications for transmission (Load flow, contingency analysis, Power Factor, etc.)
• 5 years of experience with C, Java, or other related programming languages
• 5 years of experience with LINUX and Windows Operating Systems
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience engaging with customers on day-to-day issues
• Ability to organize customer calls to facilitate solution implementation
• Familiarity with change control and compliance protocols

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced Power Systems Applications for Transmission software
• Work with Electric Utilities, ISOs, and TSOs on functional software specifications
• Design, code, test, integrate, tune applications, and ensure successful delivery
