Title: Property Mgmt Sr Manager
Pay Rate: $50-60/HR
Location: 401 West A Street, San Diego CA
Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate:
Not for this assignment. Could possibly be converted to FTE if something becomes available after this employee returns to work.
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
On-site office with stable team. Currently looking or Admin Assist replacement as that person is on medical leave. Client is actively involved and often speaks directly to tenants.
Team Overview:
-APMs both experienced and dependable.
- Engineering team has been there for several years (team of 4) and they are union employees
Resource's typical working day:
Fast paced day of invoice processing, tenant emails, client requests, team coordination.
Must Have Skills:
Real Estate License
Must be organized for heavy email traffic. Financials (reporting – variances, accruals, etc.). Patience with private equity client that is learning how to be an owner with 3rd party management.
Nice to have skills:
Mentorship mentality for training support staff that are in early years of their careers.

Education
Bachelor's Degree - In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

MS Office, Teams, MRI
