    Description

    We are seeking an organized and motivated Property Manager with at least 2 years of property management experience in multi-family residential properties. This candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of residential communities, ensuring smooth workflows, resident satisfaction, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. This role also includes supervision of the Assistant Property Manager and coordination with vendors and maintenance teams.
    The salary is negotiable based on experience, with up to $1,500 potential for monthly bonus.
    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations of residential properties, including move-ins, move-outs, maintenance, and vendor scheduling
    • Supervise and train the Assistant Property Manager and on-site staff
    • Ensure properties are maintained to high standards of appearance and safety
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints
    • Manage rent collection, deposits, and ensure accurate record-keeping
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing laws
    • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting for property performance
    • Utilize Property Management Software to manage property operations and resident communications
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in multi-family residential communities
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Customer service experience: 2 years (required)
    • Familiarity with Property Management Software (preferred)
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    • Valid Driver’s License (required)
