Title: Property Mgmt Analyst
Pay Rate: $25-26/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 8-5
Location: 275 N Moorpark Rd, ThousandOaks CA
Duration: Short term role

Team Overview:
Very small team
Property Manager

Resource's typical working day:
Administration work
Invoicing
Researching, calling vendors
Some reception work
Interaction with vendors and tenants

Must Have Skills:
Has experience with AP
Financial acumen

Nice to have skills:
Retail experience
CBRE experience would be highly desirable
Real estate license or working on getting a real estate license

Years of Experience:
1-2 years of experience
If they have worked in shopping centers but not in Property Manager would be looking for a little more

Education
College degree preferred- experience can substitutes

Software skills:
MS Office Suite skills
MRI experience would be a plus
Some kind of corporate systems for coding invoices and getting invoices approved

Virtual, 2 step
