Property Maintenance Technician

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, property managers, vendors, and contractors. -Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance while ensuring work is completed safely and properly.

Job Description:
-Perform routine maintenance and repairs at commercial properties throughout the Dover, Middletown, Wilmington, Bear, and Chadds Ford areas.
-Respond to tenant and property maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues and completing repairs in a timely manner.
-Conduct preventative maintenance and regular inspections of building systems, equipment, common areas, and exterior property.
-Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of commercial buildings, including lighting, doors, fixtures, parking areas, and grounds.
-Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance while ensuring work is completed safely and properly.



Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related skilled trade.
-Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
-Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
-Valid driver"s license and reliable transportation; must be comfortable traveling between properties throughout Delaware and Chadds Ford, PA.
