Hours: Monday-Friday | 6:00 am till 4:30 pm (can be flexible and have a 7 am start

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical systems.
• Repair and maintain motors, conveyor systems, mixers, packaging equipment, and production machinery.
• Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, motors, switches, and related electrical equipment.
• Perform plumbing, piping, boiler, welding, fabrication, and building maintenance work as needed.
• Maintain maintenance inventories, tools, records, and work order documentation.
• Support facility upkeep, safety initiatives, and special projects assigned by management.

Maintenance Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general repairs within a manufacturing environment particularly with automation/packaging equipment
• Experience in at least two of the following trades: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or machining.
• Working knowledge of 480V 3-phase power, logic controllers, motor starters, and VFDs.
• Experience working with FIIX maintenance software.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments and stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required.
• May be required to pass a proficiency test covering reading comprehension and math.
