Property Maintenance Technician – Tulsa, OK
HireCall is now hiring an experienced Property Maintenance Technician for a well-established property management company in Tulsa, OK!
If you're a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property repairs, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
Position Details
- Location: Tulsa, OK
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)
- Full-Time
- Occasional overtime available
- This is NOT an on-call position.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties meet safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and basic electrical components.
- Complete general maintenance tasks including drywall patching, painting, and minor carpentry.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and inventory.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and local building codes.
- Work independently as well as with contractors and team members on larger maintenance projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous property maintenance or related maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
- Experience with drywall repair and painting preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
