Property Maintenance Technician – Tulsa, OK
HireCall is now hiring an experienced Property Maintenance Technician for a well-established property management company in Tulsa, OK!
If you're a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property repairs, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
Position Details
  • Location: Tulsa, OK
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Full-Time
  • Occasional overtime available
  • This is NOT an on-call position.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties meet safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and basic electrical components.
  • Complete general maintenance tasks including drywall patching, painting, and minor carpentry.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and inventory.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and local building codes.
  • Work independently as well as with contractors and team members on larger maintenance projects.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous property maintenance or related maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
  • Experience with drywall repair and painting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
