Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually ($28.85/hr)

Position Summary
The Property Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate property by providing administrative support, tenant services, and operational coordination. This role serves as a key liaison between tenants, vendors, and the property management team to help ensure seamless building operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track maintenance work orders
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and vendors
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and maintain presentation-ready spaces
- Assist property management with administrative projects and documentation
- Maintain building records, files, and operational reports
- Communicate with vendors regarding service requests and scheduling
- Support tenant relations and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with general office and front-desk responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or property management experience preferred
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- No degree required
