Job Summary:
This role is for an experienced Program Manager who can lead large cross-functional operational programs from planning through execution. The person will coordinate with multiple business and technical teams, use data to make decisions, improve processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
A major part of the job involves analyzing operational data using Excel and SQL, identifying improvement opportunities, resolving operational issues, and communicating updates and risks to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple cross-functional programs from planning through successful delivery.
- Create project plans, milestones, timelines, and ensure on-time execution.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analyze operational data using Excel and SQL to identify trends and improve business performance.
- Define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational standardization.
- Investigate operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot business problems.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different organizations.
- Hold partner teams accountable for deliverables and escalate critical risks when necessary.
- Build scalable processes that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications- 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience
- End-to-end program delivery
- GenAI experience for workflow automation and stakeholder management across multiple teams
