Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager II to lead the successful execution of multiple cross-functional projects supporting large-scale operational initiatives. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple end-to-end projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop project plans, establish milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate regular project meetings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Track project metrics, KPIs, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Manage project scope, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business and operational teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Apply project management best practices to improve execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience managing complex end-to-end projects.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
