Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager II to lead the successful execution of multiple cross-functional projects supporting large-scale operational initiatives. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple end-to-end projects from planning through execution and completion.
- Develop project plans, establish milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate regular project meetings.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Track project metrics, KPIs, and communicate progress to leadership.
- Manage project scope, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business and operational teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Apply project management best practices to improve execution and delivery.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Experience managing complex end-to-end projects.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
