Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Department of Medicine is seeking a Project Policy Analyst to support the Extensivist, Palliative Care, Addiction, and PM&R unit in advancing its clinical, operational, and programmatic goals. This role will assist in the development, coordination, and execution of key initiatives, including day-to-day program operations, and outreach activities, and participant engagement such as consent processes, surveys, and interviews. The incumbent will also prepare status reports, coordinate project activities, and support overall workflow to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
In addition, the Project & Policy Analyst will ensure compliance with UCLA, federal, and state regulations, support proposal development, and assist in planning and organizing program and project meetings. This position plays a critical role in supporting efficient operations, strengthening program infrastructure, and advancing the mission of the Extensivist and Palliative Care unit through high-quality administrative and policy support.
Annual range: $86,400-$184,800
