Fraser is seeking a Project Management & Operations Specialist to support projects and operational initiatives within the Community Living Division. This position will assist with improving processes and systems, and utilizing available technology to support operational effectiveness. The Project & Operations Specialist will also conduct internal audits, develop quality assurance reports, and analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will partner with the Community Living management team to identify training needs and provide recommendations for additional or updated training for supervisors and staff.

Education and Experience:
BA/BS in social work, psychology, sociology, special education, nursing or a closely related field required.
If you have a social work degree, must have licensure.
Designated Coordinator qualified as defined by 245D required.
One to two years of experience working in service coordination or case management preferred.
Valid driver's license is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required.
