Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Project management experience with strong knowledge and application of Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven experience in project planning, project intake, requirements gathering, and viability assessment.
- Experience developing value propositions aligned with business goals.
- Strong understanding of organizational change management (OCM) and user adoption practices.
- Knowledge of COSO internal control and enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
- Generative AI skills and the ability to apply AI concepts in a business environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, collaboration, risk management, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Arizona.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate the project intake process by gathering requirements and assessing project viability with stakeholders.
- Develop compelling value propositions that align with business goals and support project success.
- Apply OCM best practices to enable smooth transitions, adoption, and sustained use throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare regular project status, challenge, risk, and outcome reports for senior management.

Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
