Description

SGI is seeking a Project Manager to provide programmatic, administrative, and management support for intelligence analysis and mission support activities. The Project Manager will support project planning, coordination, and execution of analytic and operational tasks while ensuring effective communication, task tracking, and coordination across teams and stakeholders. This role supports strategic planning initiatives, project coordination, and engagement activities to ensure mission objectives are achieved efficiently and in accordance with established standards.*Contingent on contract award*ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary coordinator for project management activities supporting intelligence analysis and mission support operationsProvide programmatic and administrative support for project planning, execution, and performance monitoringSupport implementation of strategic planning initiatives, including contingency planning and lessons learned analysisAssist with development and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and deliverablesIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend enhancements to management tools and processesSupport preparation, coordination, and tracking of correspondence, reports, and project documentationCoordinate meetings, working groups, and collaborative engagements with internal teams and external stakeholdersAssist with preparation and coordination of briefings, presentations, and project materials for leadership and stakeholdersSupport the planning and coordination of exercises, projects, and operational initiativesTrack project tasks and action items to ensure timely completion of deliverables and operational requirementsFacilitate coordination and communication across project teams and partner organizationsSupport development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational requirements related to project activitiesAssist in identifying potential partnerships, research opportunities, and collaborative initiatives that support mission objectivesMonitor project activities and provide updates on progress, performance metrics, and potential risks or issuesQualificationsU.S. Citizen.Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Economics, National Security Studies, Political Science, or related fieldFive (5) years of Intelligence Community (IC) experience desired;Three (3) years of experience managing and leading all-source analysis efforts of at least 10 FTEs in the Intelligence Community.Two (2) years of experience working economic security issues related to, counterintelligence, supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, emerging and disruptive technologies, or foreign investmentActive DHS Top Secret (TS) clearance required; SCI eligibility preferredKnowledge of the DHS I&A intelligence authoritiesThorough knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community Directives ICD 203 and ICD 206 and analytic tradecraft, experienced in research and applying analytic techniques and methodologies, has strong research and writing skillsDemonstrated experience producing intelligence products for senior government decision-makersStrong written and oral communication skillsSGI Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
