Project Manager – Water/Wastewater
Location: Nashville, TN 


A well‑established civil and mechanical contractor in the Nashville area is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical municipal infrastructure projects. All work is local to the Nashville region, allowing you to build meaningful projects in your own community while being home every night.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and overall project delivery

  • Manage budgets, cost control, change orders, and pay applications

  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and municipal partners

  • Oversee process piping, tankage, mechanical systems, and civil scopes

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication

  • Support procurement, staffing, and project closeout


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in W/WTP/WWTP construction

  • Strong background in process piping, mechanical systems, and treatment plant operations

  • Proven ability to manage self‑perform and subcontracted work

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

  • Solid understanding of OSHA standards and municipal infrastructure requirements
