Project Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - RaleighProject Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh will be responsible for:Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.Collaborate effectively with partners, owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Coordinate project planning, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project performance and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve challenges.Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners while representing the company professionally.Partner with senior leadership and project executives to achieve project goals and client expectations.Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.Report to the Raleigh office while supporting projects throughout the region as needed.Participate in future commercial, education, healthcare, and light-industrial projects as the company continues to expand.Project Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh should have:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.A minimum of 3 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor.A proven track record of running commercial projects, $25M+.A broad range of experience with standard construction concepts, practices and procedures.Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired resultsExhibit commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes. Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external customer expectations.Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required.Previous experience with On-Screen Takeoff, Sage CRE 300 (Timberline Project Management), Procore and Bluebeam or similar software preferred.Project Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh will receive:Highly competitive compensation package - $110K to $150K+ base salary - Above market average base salary including quarterly bonusDiscretionary Bonus: Typically 10% based on company and project performanceVehicle AllowanceCompany-paid Health Insurance3 weeks PTO
