Survey Project Manager

Location: Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Survey Project Manager to join our team in either our Phoenix or Mesa office. This full-time role is ideal for a licensed surveyor with strong leadership abilities, a client-focused mindset, and proven project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Maintain and build strong client relationships
• Supervise, mentor, and support team members
• Ensure quality control is maintained throughout all project phases
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) in the State of Arizona
• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience
• Deep knowledge of:
• • Public Land Survey System (PLSS)
  • Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards
  • Municipal survey requirements
  • ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D
