Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing and sheet metal projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and effectively utilize company operating software
Estimate new construction and re-roofing projects
Partner with building owners, general contractors, architects, and design teams
Manage multiple projects while keeping senior management informed of progress
Collaborate with the financial team on project documentation, job costing, sold work, and forecasting
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar role in construction
Experience with construction software preferred (not required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
