Work Environment
This is an in-person role based primarily in an office environment with periodic visits to active construction job sites. A typical workweek is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though actual working hours and days may vary based on project deadlines, and weekend or evening work may be required at times. The position involves collaboration with internal office staff, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors, as well as regular coordination with project stakeholders. Job sites may include commercial facilities such as hospitals, educational buildings, and other mid-size projects.
