Project Manager-Security

This role plays a critical part in coordinating project execution, maintaining alignment across multiple workstreams, and ensuring key deliverables are successfully tracked and communicated. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a broad portfolio of initiatives within the Security, Compliance, Identity, Management, and Privacy (SCIMP) program.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a broad portfolio of initiatives within the Security, Compliance, Identity, Management, and Privacy (SCIMP) program. This role plays a critical part in coordinating project execution, maintaining alignment across multiple workstreams, and ensuring key deliverables are successfully tracked and communicated.

The Project Manager will work closely with program leadership and cross functional teams to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, reporting, and governance activities. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast paced enterprise environments and enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to complex technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program leadership with project planning, coordination, execution tracking, and governance activities

• Maintain project schedules, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting cadences

• Coordinate initiatives across Security Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Compliance, Governance, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture teams

• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams

• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, capture action items, and drive follow up activities

• Prepare executive level status updates and stakeholder communications

• Escalate project risks, resource constraints, and timeline challenges as appropriate

• Support vendor coordination, project intake processes, documentation, and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of project management experience supporting enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, or transformation initiatives

• Experience working with cross functional teams in complex enterprise environments

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations, identity and access management, compliance, governance, cloud technologies, and infrastructure environments

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging technical and business stakeholders

• Proven ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across teams

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting security transformation, infrastructure modernization, governance, or enterprise platform initiatives

• Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms including Microsoft, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Okta, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, Splunk, and Zscaler

• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies such as Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Intune, Defender for Cloud, and Security Copilot

• PMP, CAPM, Certified Scrum Master, or similar project management certification

• Experience preparing executive reporting materials and supporting governance forums

• Familiarity with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks
