Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take full responsibility for the successful execution of assigned retail projects.
- Manage multiple retail projects from preconstruction through final turnover
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost controls for projects valued $500k-$2m
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants
- Lead client communication and manage expectations throughout the build
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Drive projects to completion on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager role we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial or retail construction
- Track record delivering projects in the $500k-$2m range
- Experience with retail fit-outs, remodels, or small ground-up projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
