Opportunity Overview

This is a long-established roofing contractor operating across California's Central Coast, with several locations across the region and a customer base spanning homeowners, general contractors, developers and institutional clients.

The residential division delivers new construction, reroof and replacement, service and repair. The wider business also runs commercial work including metal and single-ply systems across hotels, multifamily, education and government projects.

Built as a family business over several decades, it was recently acquired by private equity, adding financial, HR and operational support to an experienced local leadership team.

The growth plan combines organic residential expansion with acquisitions and selective entry into new territory.

Operating standards, reporting and systems discipline have all stepped up, while the close-knit, field-first working environment has been kept.

Your Role

• Own residential projects across the full lifecycle, from job setup through to completion
• \n
• Set jobs up in the operating system and keep them accurate as work progresses
• \n
• Coordinate labor and materials, and lead foremen directly on the ground
• \n
• Own the customer relationship for the duration of the job
• \n
• Take responsibility for schedule, field quality and issue resolution, decisions sit with you
• \n

Key Requirements

• \n
• Residential roofing project management experience
• \n
• Practical understanding of field execution, labor, materials and job setup
• \n
• Proven ability to lead foremen and crews directly
• \n
• Bilingual English / Spanish highly desirable
• \n
