Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote USA

Engagement: W2 Contract

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked closely with software-development teams and successfully delivered enterprise SaaS products or business applications from scratch-from initial concept and requirements through development, testing, implementation and production launch.

• The ideal candidate should have directly coordinated Product, Engineering/Development, QA, UX and business stakeholders throughout the complete product-development lifecycle.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Proven experience working directly with software-development and engineering teams
• Mandatory experience building and delivering a product from scratch
• Demonstrated ownership from product concept and requirements through production launch
• Enterprise SaaS and software product-delivery expertise
• Experience with HRMS/HCM, Payroll, ERP, ADP or related systems
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, product roadmaps and backlog management
• Experience coordinating Product, Development, QA, UX and business teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• UAT, API integration, data migration, release and go-live experience preferred
• Public Sector, Healthcare or Insurance experience is a plus
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PgMP or PMO-CP certification preferred
