The pay range for this role is $70k- $140k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end to end project delivery process for telecommunications projects, focusing on 5G CAT system architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications sector.
• In depth knowledge of Anritsu 5G CAT system architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with network design and implementation processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the telecommunications industry.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI ACP, or equivalent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in telecommunications.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
