Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and standards. Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and clients. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager R&I should have: Experience in managing construction projects, especially focused in interiors and renovations. Strong ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple tasks. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Problem-solving skills to address project challenges promptly.
