Working closely with seasoned Project Managers, you will help guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Track project progress and provide timely updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met
  • Assist with managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and schedules
  • Facilitate clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues
  • Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and clients

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project timelines
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities
