Project Manager Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>
Conduct PM activities in the Life Science Industry ensuring the project meets the demands of the client<\/span>
<\/li>
Understand Lifecycle management for Quality Applications, processes for protocol development and execution<\/span>
<\/li>
Direct the internal project scope of work, budget, timeline, and change orders<\/span>
<\/li>
Direct the planning and execution of medium to large sized project(s) to deliver on intended outcomes, iteratively planning the execution of any new ideas and requirements approved to maximize ROI<\/span>
<\/li>
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan<\/span>
<\/li>
Direct internal and/or client management activities for assigned projects<\/span>
<\/li>
Identify and address complex technical issues and resourcing<\/span>
<\/li>
Support team members; acting as the liaison to the client for discussing changes in scope of work, timeline, or budget<\/span>
<\/li>
Provide frequent/ clear concise project updates to internal/external customers<\/span>
<\/li>
Direct meetings to problem solve skills to drive solutions to equipment/process issues, including FMEA and root cause analysis methodology<\/span>
<\/li>
Interface with vendors, when necessary, to ensure vendors will deliver parts, materials, components and equipment on -time, on -budget and to technical specification<\/span>
<\/li>
Collaborate with Business Partner(s) to define project team(s) and activities<\/span>
<\/li>
Working with necessary cross functional resources enterprise wide, coordinate the deliverance of upstream and downstream dependencies, while proactively removing impediments to drive outcomes.<\/span>
<\/li>
Manage project deliverables, schedules, governance, vendors providing services ensuring they meet their execution milestones within cost estimates.<\/span>
<\/li>
Prepare and provide routine readout of project status reports to keep project sponsors informed of project health (including performance, potential risks/impediments to influence appropriate remediation decision).<\/span>
<\/li>
Monitor and control project schedule and financials.<\/span>
<\/li>
Monitor project expenses and report on cost variances.<\/span>
<\/li>
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post -implementation reviews.<\/span>
<\/li>
Report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior management.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Must be willing to work onsite in Portland, ME<\/span>
<\/li>
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field<\/span>
<\/li>
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred<\/span>
<\/li>
Proven ability to solve problems creatively<\/span>
<\/li>
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices<\/span>
<\/li>
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle<\/span>
<\/li>
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful<\/span>
<\/li>
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline<\/span>
<\/li>
Strong background in Project Management in the pharma industry<\/span>
<\/li>
7+ years of role relevant experience<\/span>
<\/li>
Solid grasp program framework<\/span>
<\/li>
Experience reporting Project/Program status to senior leadership.<\/span>
