What you'd be doing
Running heavy civil projects from planning through closeout
Coordinating schedule, budget, subcontractors, and internal teams
Managing scopes that include roadway, site development, and underground utilities
Tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and communicating updates to leadership
Supporting multiple projects depending on workload and complexity
Keeping projects aligned with safety, quality, and delivery expectations
Must-haves
Experience in heavy civil construction
Working knowledge of roadway construction
Hands-on exposure to site development
Familiarity with underground utility construction (water/sewer/storm/power conduit, etc.)
