    Job Summary


    Serves as the central coordinator of strategic initiatives, ensuring project goals, budgets, schedules, and outcomes are achieved. Develops project plans, leads multidisciplinary teams, applies project management principles, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and manages quality, risks, dependencies, and financials throughout the project lifecycle. Acts as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear status updates and collaborating across business and technology teams to resolve issues and maintain progress. Contributes to Project Management Office improvements through continuous improvement and innovation.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery objectives.
    • Lead multidisciplinary project teams from initiation through completion.
    • Define project scope, manage dependencies, and monitor financial performance.
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide timely project updates.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum.
    • Collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver measurable results.
    • Support operational efficiency and enterprise transformation initiatives.
    • Contribute to Project Management Office continuous improvement and innovation activities.

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED in a general field of study.
    • Project Manager level: At least 2 years of experience performing project-related activities in a corporate environment, including business operations, compliance, planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Senior Project Manager level: At least 6 years of experience in project management roles, including a combination of Project Manager and Senior Project Manager experience.
    • Preferred: 4 8 years of progressive experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects.
    • Project Manager level preferred education: Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, PMI certification, and directly related experience.
    • Senior Project Manager level preferred education: Bachelor s degree required;a master s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is strongly preferred.
    • Preferred certifications include CAPM, PMP, Agile Practitioner, Lean Enterprise or Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
