The Position: The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects
Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency
Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations
Develop standardized implementation plans
Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment
Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies
Monitor project performance and milestone achievement
Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved
Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives
Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Experience:8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Experience in automation deployment preferred
Experience in production system optimization preferred
Travel: Up to 50%
