Design-Build, CMAR & Civil Construction Delivery
For more than 100 years, Maguire has been an industry leader in the fabrication, construction, and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers. We are continuing to build on that legacy by expanding the ways we partner with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams through more collaborative delivery models, including Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
The Construction Project Manager will play a key leadership role in helping Maguire deliver complex water infrastructure projects from early planning through final closeout. This position will focus heavily on the civil construction components of water tank and elevated water tower projects, including foundations, underground piping, valves, site work, utilities, and related water distribution applications. The role will also support Maguire’s growing Design-Build and CMAR approach by engaging earlier in the project lifecycle, helping define scopes of work, identifying project risks, building subcontractor strategies, supporting preconstruction planning, and ensuring each project is positioned for successful execution before construction begins.
This is an opportunity for a strong construction leader who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, solving problems before they become larger issues, and working in a fast-moving environment where safety, quality, customer experience, schedule, and financial performance all matter. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented project leader who can work across sales, preconstruction, engineering partners, field operations, subcontractors, owners, and municipal customers to deliver projects that strengthen Maguire’s reputation as a trusted leader in water storage infrastructure.
