Job Description
- Lead and manage healthcare ground-up and interior construction projects in Nashville.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with healthcare ground-up and interior construction projects.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
