Job Description
- Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
- Resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
