Project Manager

Manage the details of assigned project plans, including project management, configuration, testing, and go-live support under the leadership of the Project Management Office (PMO). Position Overview for the Project Manager:

• Manage the details of assigned project plans, including project management, configuration, testing, and go-live support under the leadership of the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Work closely with business and project leaders to assess and track activities and resources required for project success.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate project progress using various solutions to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Lead all phases of project management activities, including scope, requirements, technical development, testing, validation, communication, risk, and resource management.
• Provide training and support to project participants and business partners regarding project tools and methodologies.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

• Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree, MBA preferred) in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum four years of related experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Proven experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams with results-oriented outcomes
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office applications
• PMP or formal project management training; Six Sigma or Lean Sigma certification strongly preferred
