Pay range: $45.45/hr. —60.60/hr. 
Location: Onsite, Minneapolis, Minnesota 

Job Description.

Lead the development and execution of product packaging from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation. Partner with cross-functional teams—including product development, branding, creative, sourcing, and suppliers—to deliver packaging solutions that meet business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously by developing project plans, coordinating timelines, aligning resources, identifying risks, and ensuring successful execution from kickoff through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, requirements, and success criteria with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with business priorities, launch schedules, and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate project activities from initiation through launch and post-launch review.
  • Maintain a clear project roadmap that identifies ownership, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress, manage changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future projects.
Resource & Workflow Management
  • Partner with functional leaders to allocate resources and balance project workloads.
  • Ensure the right skills and team members are assigned to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor resource constraints and proactively address potential impacts to project timelines.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings and facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for packaging development activities.
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical issues when needed and drive timely resolution.
  • Guide teams through changing priorities while maintaining project momentum.
  • Support informed decision-making through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct post-launch project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use project metrics, feedback, and performance data to improve processes, planning, and execution.
  • Promote best practices in project management and packaging development.
