Our client, a leader in facility management and project execution, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting multiple sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Malvern, PA

Pay Range: $60–$63/hour

What's the Job?

  • Support project executives on multiple capital projects, including small facilities remodeling and asset replacement across three sites.
  • Develop project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project scope, logistics, and financials.
  • Coordinate vendor RFPs, negotiate with contractors and subcontractors, and oversee project performance against schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation, update status reports, process invoices, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant project management or construction management experience.
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Experience managing capital projects valued between $250K and $5M.
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets, understand technical construction requirements, and read architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
