Project Manager - Madison, WI - Contract - $43-53 Per HR

Join our team as a Project Manager in a remote role with a focus on managing large-scale organizational change and training initiatives. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and the development of training and communication plans. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Description

• Provide project management support for a modernization project.
• Oversee and track training progress and manage day-to-day activities.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate, plan, and facilitate meetings to prepare for training.
• Collaborate with various managers to ensure effective communication.
• Provide regular updates and reports on training status.
• Ensure all training materials and resources are developed and reviewed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project training and communication plans.
• Initiate and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings between project teams and end users.
• Review and provide feedback on training materials.
• Ensure all planned training tasks are communicated effectively.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience with large-scale organizational change and training efforts.
• Experience in developing and implementing communication plans.
• Strong collaborative skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of federal and regional child support programs is desired.
