Project Manager

Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring all financial, scheduling, quality, and client objectives are successfully achieved.

  • Manage light industrial construction projects from award through completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting reports
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Lead project procurement, contract administration, change order management, and buyout activities
  • Monitor project performance and implement solutions to mitigate risks and maintain schedules
  • Drive client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout project execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated experience delivering light industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics projects
  • Minimum 3+ years of tenure with previous employers, demonstrating stability and a commitment to long-term project success
  • Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Must currently reside in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area
