Description

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Construction - MD will:

  • Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $30M to $200M+ from kickoff through project completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, contracts, change orders, and project closeout processes
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful execution
  • Track project performance and proactively address cost, schedule, and operational challenges
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality control programs, and company procedures
  • Lead project planning, reporting, forecasting, and documentation efforts
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software to manage project workflows
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring project profitability
  • Support field operations teams and provide leadership throughout all phases of construction
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement

Profile

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Construction - MD will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • At least 2 years of experience serving as a Project Manager on projects valued at $30M+
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up construction projects in the $30M-$200M+ range
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls
  • Experience working with public works, government, institutional, healthcare, education, or other large commercial projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software
  • Knowledge of construction operations, quality assurance, and safety best practices
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
