Civil Engineering Project Manager

Location: Arizona

Industry: Civil Engineering / Land Development

Licensure Required: Arizona PE (or ability to obtain within 3 months)

We are seeking a dynamic Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead in-house and outsourced teams in delivering high-quality client services and successful project execution. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership and client management skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms

* Manage budgets, schedules, and technical resources for project completion

* Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention

* Supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff

* Maintain quality control across all project phases

* Provide technical direction for land development projects

* Prepare and oversee design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D

* Exercise sound judgment and organizational skills

* Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

* 8+ years of relevant experience in land development or related civil engineering fields

* Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within 3 months

* Demonstrated ability to manage teams and satisfy client needs

* Proven success in initiating client contact, negotiating contracts, and securing referrals

* Strong knowledge of Civil 3D

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
