This role will partner across Finance, Technology, and external vendors to drive successful project execution, implement scalable automation solutions, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader with extensive experience managing complex technology initiatives, driving accountability, and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, governance, communications, risk management, and delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans that identify milestones, dependencies, resources, timelines, and deliverables. Drive daily project execution, proactively identify risks and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track. Partner with external managed service providers and internal technology teams to implement automation solutions and scalable processes that support both immediate and future business needs. Establish and execute comprehensive project communication plans, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership teams, vendors, and project contributors. Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and executive-level communications. Facilitate governance meetings including steering committees and workstream sessions while maintaining issue logs, RAID logs, decision documentation, and change management processes. Identify cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across teams and initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery. Champion collaboration and team success by removing obstacles and supporting organizational alignment. Maintain project documentation including plans, procedures, approvals, testing documentation, and related artifacts in accordance with internal standards. Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve project outcomes, processes, and scalability as business needs evolve.
