We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Business Development Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and solution design. As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll help define and drive GA-Intelligence's growth strategy, identifying and capturing new business with key customers across the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Foreign Governments, and Commercial sectors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and thirteen or more years of progressively complex experience in the project administration field with at least seven of those years in project management. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software systems, technical proposals, and contract documentation.
Experience managing and/or responding to solicitations such as RFPs, RFIs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Performance Work Statements (PWSs).
Technical Skills:
Understanding of software development life cycle, system architectures, and technical development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
Familiarity with cloud computing, enterprise systems, AI/ML, and real-time data fusion technologies.
Ability to discuss technical architectures, data flows, and integration approaches with engineers and generate compelling proposal narratives.
Communication and Writing Skills:
Proven experience building relationships with federal and/or commercial clients
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences.
High attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines.
Ability to synthesize technical information from multiple sources and present it in a cohesive, persuasive manner.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience editing and reviewing technical content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, and foreign military proposals.
Familiarity with government contract regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
Experience incorporating visual elements (technical diagrams, data flow charts) into proposals.
Experience communicating needs in both Unclassified and Classified spaces.
Familiarity with capture and proposal management tools (e.g., Deltek, Aconex, GovWin, or similar).
