About the role AI Studio is Kleep AI's generative-AI image production line. We turn fashion brands' products into polished, on-model e-commerce imagery (PDP shots and campaign visuals) using our AI photoshoot platform, then refine every asset to client-ready quality. As Production Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end production pipeline inside the Studio platform. You will plan and coordinate image drops for premium fashion brands, manage external editors and retouchers, run quality control, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all assets. Important: you will not be editing images yourself. Your role is to direct and coordinate the editing team, ensure consistency and quality, and keep production running smoothly. No prior image-editing or AI-generation experience is required. This is a hands-on, operational role working closely with the founders, with full ownership over day-to-day Studio production. Your responsibilities include: Running the Studio platform daily to generate and manage image production flows Planning and prioritizing image drops across multiple fashion clients Defining timelines from client brief to final delivery Coordinating external editors and retouchers Running quality control on all delivered assets (fit, fabric, realism, consistency) Improving workflows, tools, and production processes Building onboarding materials for editors and contributors Managing client communication and structured feedback loops Ensuring smooth, on-time delivery of final batches and revisions Who you are Extremely organized and structured: you turn complexity into clear workflows and timelines Fast learner: you can quickly master new tools and systems Strong coordination skills: you can manage multiple people, deadlines, and priorities without losing control Ownership mindset: you proactively identify issues and push for improvements Excellent written English (essential), French is a strong plus Strong attention to visual detail and quality (you can spot when something feels "off") Interested in AI and excited to work with generative tools Image editing or AI tools experience (Photoshop, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, prompting, etc.) is a bonus but not required Practical information Start date: As soon as possible (flexible) Contract: Internship Location: Paris Interview process: First interview with the Head of Studio Second interview with the CEO Want to be part of Kleep AI's journey and help shape the future of e-commerce?
