Their portfolio includes commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, retail, technology, recreational, and interior fit-out projects. Description
- Manage construction projects from award through final closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Prepare and present project reporting, forecasts, and financial updates
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Proven experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle
- Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of construction software and project management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
