We're working with a highly respected commercial general contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its team in Manassas, VA. Description

  • Manage construction projects from award through final closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
  • Work closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
  • Prepare and present project reporting, forecasts, and financial updates

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing client relationships
  • Knowledge of construction software and project management systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
