Waldinger has been building and maintaining the systems that keep buildings running for over a century. We''re looking for a Project Manager who''s ready to take ownership of their own projects and see them through from first meeting to final closeout.
You''ll lead small to mid-sized projects, working side by side with our project engineers and field leaders. It''s the right role for someone with a few years in construction management or estimating who wants to step up, run the show, and grow a career with a company that invests in its people.
What You''ll Own
- Your projects: Lead small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating the team and resources needed to get them done right.
- The plan: Run project meetings with your team, clients, and stakeholders to set clear goals and keep everyone aligned.
- The results: Own project outcomes across safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
- The numbers: Manage the financials of multiple projects at once: build budgets, allocate resources, mitigate risk, and drive revenue.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
- A bachelor''s degree in a STEM field or related area.
- Strong technical ability paired with the people skills to lead a team and keep clients confident.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
