Project Manager

The Waldinger Corporation | Lebanon, IN

Waldinger has been building and maintaining the systems that keep buildings running for over a century. We're looking for a Project Manager who's ready to take ownership of their own projects and see them through from first meeting to final closeout.

You'll lead small to mid-sized projects, working side by side with our project engineers and field leaders. It's the right role for someone with a few years in construction management or estimating who wants to step up, run the show, and grow a career with a company that invests in its people.

What You'll Own

  • Your projects: Lead small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating the team and resources needed to get them done right.
  • The plan: Run project meetings with your team, clients, and stakeholders to set clear goals and keep everyone aligned.
  • The results: Own project outcomes across safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • The numbers: Manage the financials of multiple projects at once: build budgets, allocate resources, mitigate risk, and drive revenue.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related area.
  • Strong technical ability paired with the people skills to lead a team and keep clients confident.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

What You'll Get

  • Paid holidays and paid vacation
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing
  • Health club reimbursement and a wellness plan with lifestyle spending account
  • Tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and clear advancement opportunities
  • Term, AD&D, and dependent life insurance, plus prepaid legal services
  • Real growth potential with a stable, century-strong company
