    Job Description:
    • Project Manager, Value Evidence Strategy (VES) tasks include:
    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee operational execution of VES tactical plan execution with a focus on tracking and accountability for study/project timelines and KPIs
    • Identify and raise any issues related to project scope, timelines, and/or budget to appropriate VES lead
    • Implement mitigation plans for project deliverables that are at risk, including application of lessons learned
    • Oversee operational execution across Value Evidence Sub Committees (VESCs), ensuring consistent adherence to established charter-defined requirements and expectations, tracking KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve overall ways of working
    • Provide project management support for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies executed internally by the Data and Analytics team
    • Partner with VES leads to ensure study-related information, evidence generation activities, and associated documentation are accurately maintained within ATLAS, the integrated evidence management platform; proactively gather updates and implement changes to keep the platform current and complete
    • Drive implementation plans for VES frameworks, processes, and initiatives, including tracking adoption milestones, identifying barriers to execution, and coordinating stakeholder engagement activities to support successful implementation
    • Support change management and adoption activities for new processes and operating models, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement
    • Support resource planning activities by maintaining visibility into project demand, capacity, competing priorities, and key dependencies
    • Support budget-related tasks, including accruals, invoicing, and finance team communications
    • Manage project information and maintain good relationships with cross-functional and external partners to foster positive interactions and achieve desired project outcomes
    • Identify opportunities to drive process improvements and work cross-functionally to improve ways of working
    • Coordinate meetings and maintain minutes and action/decision logs for assigned projects
    • Support general operations work (e.g., maintain internal tracking systems for studies and priority projects; data entry into internal platforms)
    Experience:
    • BA/BS degree required, with at least 5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
    Skillsets:
    • Exceptional attention to detail, execution discipline, and follow-through
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to anticipate needs
    • Agile thinking with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional interpersonal skills
    • Strong work ethic, proactive, self-starter
    • Excellent meeting coordination and facilitation skills
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Teams and virtual collaboration platforms
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    Education:
    • BA/BS degree required
    Additional Qualifications:
    • MBA and/or PMP preferred
    • Previous management consultant experience preferred
    • Knowledge and understanding of HEOR preferred
    • Experience managing vendors for HEOR studies preferred
    • Experience with iEnvision (or similar study management system) preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to independently drive workflows with minimal direction
