Project Manager II

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and enterprise software delivery processes. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of CI/CD initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CI/CD, DevOps, or software delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level technical projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
