Project Manager II

This position will work closely with the State Implementation Manager and Organizational Change Manager and the DDI Implementation and Training Managers to ensure communications have been completed, and the project teams, end users and partners are informed of all planned training tasks. They will review and provide feedback on DDI developed training materials and information needed for staff to use the new system, including training modules, user manuals, and other material deemed necessary.

Education and Experience »
Top skills (11+ years of experience):

• Experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts
• Experience developing and implementing project training and communication plans.
• High level of skill in initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative interpersonal relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

 
Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of the Federal Child Support Program desired.
• Knowledge of state's Child Support Program desired.

 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• The State Training Manager (Training Manager) will confirm development of necessary training and resource materials.
• They will review and provide feedback on DDI developed training materials and information needed for staff to use the new system, including training modules, user manuals, and other material deemed necessary.
• This position reports to the Organizational Change Manager and provides updates and reports regularly on the status of training.
• This position is responsible with working with the OCM, Project Manager and the DDI Training team.
• The State Training Manager will also coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for and facilitate training.
• This position will work closely with the State Implementation Manager and Organizational Change Manager and the DDI Implementation and Training Managers to ensure communications have been completed, and the project teams, end users and partners are informed of all planned training tasks.
